2005 - 2007
I collected my first professional experiences at Lucent Technologies and its successor Alcatel-Lucent as AR & AP accountant during my university studies at University of Economics. Lucent was one of the global leaders in supplying communication and data networks equipment with clients such as Telefónica/O2, T-Systems, GTS Novera or Vodafone.
BESTSPORT
2007 - 2008
Then I joined team of devoted per-aspera-ad-astra professionals at BESTSPORT, owner and operator of (back then) SAZKA ARENA / (currently) O2 arena as Ticketing Chief Manager and instantly became member of ticketing development group with task to extend the system with VIP functions and streamline the financial and data flow between the ticketing vendor and arena. The result was introduction of brand new online interface for VIP clients, ticketing connectors for SAP, CRM and Septim and shortening the whole daily and weekly settlement process by 80%.
2009 - 2010
I became one of the production managers in newly established Production Department after one and half year in arena and participated on turning the inhouse production into successful business through shows of Beyoncé, Black Eyed Peas and Leonard Cohen (13k+ visitors, 3 mil. CZK+ revenue). I was still significantly involved in further ticketing development by designing the arena part of the system during its general makeover and transfer to SAP platform.
2010 - 2011
I was appointed Sales Chief Manager with responsibility for promoters and corporate contracts and assigned a team of 3 of my colleagues after another year and with their great help we successfully settled and prepared the largest contract in the history of arena.
IMA PRODUCTION
2011 - 2013
I left arena after 3 years to join event production company IMA PRODUCTION (clients such as ŠKODA AUTO, ŠkoFIN, McDonald's, T-Mobile, Czech Football Associantion, etc.) as Project Manager responsible mostly for location scouting, offers, presentation designs, event preparations and logistics.
I am currently looking for a new job! Preferably a position in marketing, operations or sales department. I have experience in managing both small (department of 4 people) and large teams (5 supervisors and 40 cashiers), great general and technology insight and ability to quickly learn anything new. I speak natively Czech and fluently English and have a basic proficiency in German. My driving licence covers vans, cars and motorcycles. I am quite experienced driver with more than 70 000 km travelled in last 12 months.
